Great minds work together :: Knoxville Videography and Photography

One thing that we love to do is connect with other creative minds.  We met Leah Bullard of Leah Bullard Photography in New Orleans at the Professional Photographers of America Imaging USA conference last month.  Leah and I have mutual friends so we had talked via email and facebook but we had never met in person until the conference.  And I am so glad we did!  We all learned so much that it was great to have someone to bounce it off of and exchange ideas!  One thing Mountain Mutt Photography is learning more about is videography.  So it just made sense to work together on a video project for Leah!  Check it out and let us know what you think!

We had so much fun filming the video with Leah and her daughter, Layla!  And it is such a small world that when we showed up at Leah’s maternity shoot to do some filming, we actually knew the expecting mom!  I just love how photography brings people together!  Thanks to Leah for letting us film your day!

One photo shoot, two videos :: Knoxville photography and videography

This weekend was a very creative weekend for us!  We had a couple of photo shoots and a couple of video shoots as well!  You will see the results of these in the coming posts.  The two videos below resulted from a Saturday morning play session with Mason – excuse his wild and crazy hair, it was early in the morning!! The really cool thing is that Blake and I had two different visions from the shoot, so we put together two different videos!  It’s so cool what you can come up with from 20 minutes of playing blocks with your son!  Enjoy!

All Boy :: Knoxville TN Child Photographer

Sorry for the delay in blog posts!  The past month has been super busy, but we are finally back!  I am playing “stay-at-home-mom” for a bit while my mother-in-law recovers from surgery, and so far so good!  Today we enjoyed sleeping in (8:30am is late for Mason!), grocery shopping and playing outside.  It was a beautiful day so I grabbed my camera and we headed outside!

Mason is 16 months old today and he is all boy!

He got off the playset just to play with the waterhose!

Sticks!!

The dogs had a pretty good time as well!

I think I could get used to this stay-at-home-mom thing! ;)
